This Alt-Doc (Alternative Documentation) mortgage program gives us the flexibility to qualify self-employed borrowers with ANY of the following docs, and NO TAX RETURNS: Bank Statements (personal or business), or 1099, or unaudited Profit & Loss statements (P&L). 2-year minimum self employment is required.

Debt Service Coverage Ratio loans are available to experienced and first-time investors. Qualify based on the cash-flow of the rental property. There’s no income verification or DTI calculation. Available for purchase or refinance of short-term (AirBnB) or long-term rental properties.
