As a Prospect Lending Business Development Representative, your job will be to develop and maintain Realtor, Builder, and other professional networking relationships to drive new business to Prospect Lending.
Compensation is dependent on loan volume generated from those relationships. You can expect an average compensation between $500-$1,500 per closed loan.
This is for EVERY loan closed from each relationship you establish and maintain!
Think of the snowball effect that can take place as you recruit more and more agents. If you’re diligent, you can easily add 4k-8k to your monthly income in the coming months, with the possibility of earning $150k+ annually after the first year.
This can be a full-time or part-time position. You can work as little as 10 hours per week as long as you are doing your weekly recruiting activities.
