• Make outbound calls to real estate agents to introduce our mortgage platform and value proposition
• Set qualified appointments for relationship-building and referral partnerships
• Clearly communicate how our system helps Realtors generate more business
• Track outreach, follow-ups, and appointment outcomes
• Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and targeting

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (inside sales / cold calling strongly preferred)
• Strong preference for candidates with prior experience in: 
  • Title Representative 
  • Escrow Officer / Rep
  • Mortgage professional
  • Real estate professional
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
• Confident, professional phone presence
• Organized, persistent, and relationship-driven
• Able to work in-office 3 days per week

• Start part-time with the opportunity to quickly transition to full-time based on performance
